About Us

The Psychiatry and Neuroscience Laboratory (PyNeL) is part of the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC. Our lab studies the neuroscience of psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia, through the use of MRI, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and EEG. The lab is also interested in identifying biological markers unique to individuals who are at high risk for developing psychosis.
